Request for Proposals

Proponents are invited to submit a written proposal in PDF format (maximum 15 pages, excluding appendices) using the proposal submission form on this page.

Submissions must be received no later than January 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM MT. Late submissions may not be considered.

All proposals will be reviewed by the project leadership team. Final selection and contracting authority will remain with the initiative’s lead institution.

MagNETech Marketing is serving solely as the RFP administrator and will not submit a proposal.

Clarification questions must be submitted through the form on this page. Any clarifications or addenda will be shared with all registered proponents.
